Retirement Watch, L.L.C., publisher of RetirementWatch.com, and its affiliates (hereafter referred to collectively as "Retirement Watch") are committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when using the Retirement Watch web site. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information received about you when you visit Retirement Watch.
We might make content or services from other Web sites including our affiliated or co-branded Web sites available to you from links located on Retirement Watch. These other Web sites are not subject to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
General: When you register or become a member, and at other times, we will collect personally identifiable information from you that might include your name, age, address, e-mail address, credit-card number and facts about your computers, profession, investing habits, and similar information.

We might disclose and use personally identifiable information in special circumstances where it is necessary to enforce our Subscriber Agreement or Terms of Use or is in the best interests of Retirement Watch, (for example, when necessary to protect our intellectual property rights). We might also disclose or use your personal information when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires us to do so.
Your Mailing Address: We collect your postal address as part of the order process. We use it to send you the free special reports you have requested, newsletters that you have purchased and special offers from Retirement Watch. We may provide the names and postal mailing addresses of our subscribers to carefully screened companies who offer products, services or information which we believe may be of interest to you. If you do not want to hear from our carefully selected partners, revise the privacy choices of your registration or send a copy of your mailing label to Retirement Watch, PO Box 970, Oxon Hill, MD 20750 Attention: Subscription Services. Any other information you provide us, such as your fax or telephone number, is collected by us only to fulfill subscription orders that you have purchased or to contact you about our affiliated services.
Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Promotional Offers: Sometimes we might send offers to selected groups of customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. You can avoid receiving such offers by checking the appropriate box when registering as a member of by updating your registration.
Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses. Discussions
If we establish a Discussion section on the site, it will provide you with an opportunity to tell us and other members what you think and to read what other members have to say. When you use such Discussion features (for example, by posting a message on our Discussions message boards, responding to our Question of the Day or by participating in an E-mail Express Yourself forum), we might make public any information that you provide including your name, location and e-mail address.

We might employ cookie technology to help visitors and subscribers move faster through our site. E-mail by Topic
We might provide a periodic e-mail service that is available by separate subscription. The only personally identifiable information that we will collect in connection with the e-mail service is your e-mail address and name. If you want to update or change the e-mail address or name that you use to receive this e-mail service, you must unsubscribe and then re-subscribe with your new e-mail address. We might also include Web beacons (invisible images often referred to as pixel tags or clear GIFs) in our e-mail messages in order to count how many e-mail messages have been opened.
